The 7-seater couch in the living room allows your entire family to spread out for a movie night, all while you prepare delicious meals from the modern, fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has a 6-seater round table plus additional bar seating for 4, ideal for dining and entertaining. The bottom floor also houses the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and access to the first-floor bathroom.

The second floor is home to 3 of the bedrooms. The front guest room has a queen-size bed and a sitting balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee while you listen to the nature surrounding the house. The guest room en suite bath has a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a regular tub. Past the guest bathroom is the bunk room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The final room is the spacious master bedroom furnished with a king bed and a large private balcony with enough room for morning coffee or afternoon mimosas with friends and nature. The large bathroom is complete and has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub. On the same floor is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There's also a shared bath in the hallway with a shower and tub for the bunk room and third-floor occupants.

The third floor is an open space that can be used as a kids' hang-out or an extra group living area. This space has two single twin single beds to house two more guests. It also has a wet bar and bistro table with four chairs. The floor has access to a large balcony and the sundeck above it. The sundeck provides beautiful views of the surrounding areas. From the treetop height, the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast can be seen. This amazing view is worth the trek up to the sundeck!
