Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
