Welcome to Rognes, a charming village near Lourmarin and the Luberon, less than an hour from the beaches of Carry-le-Rouet and Sausset-les-Pins. An ideal location for enjoying Provence and its many resources. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends in a privileged setting conducive to relaxation and pleasant moments under the Provençal sun.

Fully air-conditioned.
* Entrance hall with large walk-in closet
* Large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Its 6m sliding door opens fully onto the garden! * Pantry and laundry room
* Bedroom 1: Master suite with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and toilet
* Bedroom 2: queen-size bed
* Bedroom 3: queen-size bed
* Bedroom 4: child's bed
* Separate toilet
**Garden Side:**
* 10.5x4 swimming pool with a 1.70m submerged deck. 1.5m deep. Alarm system.
* Pool house with garden furniture.
* PĂ©tanque court with lighting.
* Garden furniture facing the living room with fire pit.
* Terrace under the pine trees with a large table for outdoor dining.
Linens and towels are provided. Beds are made just before your arrival. You will find cosmetics in the bathrooms and some soft drinks in the refrigerator.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Optional services are available upon request at the time of booking:

* Additional linens and cleaning
* Bicycle rental (tourist office)
* Grocery shopping available upon arrival (âŹ50 + cost of groceries)
You will be greeted by a Serenity Rentals Manager who will introduce you to the property, share recommendations, and remain available throughout your stay.
