Magnificent, bright and functional apartment featuring a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, a bedroom with ample storage, a second bedroom (without windows) with a dresser, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the living room and bedroom for added comfort. No private parking, but close to a public parking lot and the Palais des CongrĂšs.
## Access
Keys must be collected from a secure lockbox at the LOGEAZUR agency (13 Av. Guillabert, Antibes), ideal for late arrivals or early departures.
Access to the car park is via a car lift, max. weight 2700kg. Dimensions: width 2.15m x length 4.40m x height 2.01m
