It comprises a 50 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a private, enclosed garden of around 5,000 mÂČ. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- 50 mÂČ living room with TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A double living room with sofa, armchair and two dining areas
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140Ă190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed (90Ă190)
- A desk with workspace
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140Ă190) with TV and workspace
- Bedroom 4: single bed (90Ă190)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140Ă190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6Ă12 m swimming pool (private and unheated), fully fenced and open from 15 May to 15 October
- A beautiful garden (private and enclosed) of 5,000 mÂČ.
- A 25Ă2 m south-facing terrace facing the courtyard
- A 10 mÂČ north-facing terrace on the pool side, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Gueugnon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest train station: Creusot TGV station, about 30 minutes from the property by car.
- Nearest airport: Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, about 1h50min by car

- Swimming pool: all children swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- The gardener and pool attendant will be on hand from time to time to maintain the grounds and pool, at convenient times, to ensure a pleasant environment during your stay.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- The fireplace cannot be used for wood fires.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of âŹ15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. Pets are only allowed in the living room.
