This large living space naturally invites us to conviviality. The kitchen, functional and perfectly equipped, allows you to fully enjoy meals at home, whether for breakfast in the sun or an improvised dinner on your way home from the beach. On the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140) allows easy access, close to a separate bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a nice clearance open to the living room leads to three other bedrooms: one with a bed in 160 cm and storage, a second with a bed in 140 cm, and a third, ideal for children, with three single beds. Not all rooms are air conditioned. There is also a second bathroom with toilet.Outside, everything is designed to fully enjoy the beautiful days: a private swimming pool secured by a soft barrier, a dining area in the shade and to extend the summer evenings in a relaxed atmosphere, a barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious moments with family or friends. The garden, spacious and green, also reserves a playful corner for children, with a football cage for small improvised games and a slide to play outdoors.And to sublimate the whole, it is not uncommon to see, at the end of the day, pink flamingos flying through the sky, recalling the beauty of the region so singular.Parking is easy right in front of the house, in a quiet and pleasant street.
