You'll love the location of this house in the heart of Locmaria on the island of Groix, just a few minutes' walk from restaurants and the market town. Port Tudy is a 10-minute bike ride away.
This 70 m2 house can accommodate 5 people.
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining table.
- Lounge with sofa, television and large dining table.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
- Shower room with washing machine.
First floor
- Bedroom 2 with double bed 140, storage and desk.
- Bedroom 3 with single bed, storage and desk.
Outside area:
- Garden and private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Bikes can be stored in the garden.
