You'll love its seafront location and its south-west exposure, so you can enjoy the constant light and sunshine all day long on the terrace and in the 350 m2 enclosed garden.
This 90 m2 house can accommodate up to 6 people (2 bedrooms)
Ground floor:
- High-ceilinged living room, coffee table, quality 140cm sofa bed, dining table.
- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.).
- Shower room with large walk-in shower
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Sleeping area on mezzanine with double bed (140cm) and storage space
- Closed bedroom with 160cm bed and storage space
Outside area :
- Terrace and enclosed garden
- Garden furniture (deckchairs, barbecue, dining table, parasol)
Bed linen and towels included.
