This studio enjoys a privileged location: less than 15 minutes' walk from the Keroman submarine base and the Cité de la Voile, just 10 minutes' walk from Lorient town center and 10 minutes' drive from the beaches (25 minutes by bike), with many shops within easy reach.
Parking is easy in the street below the building (free), and several bus stops are less than a 2-minute walk away.
Ideal for two people, with the possibility of accommodating a further two (sofa bed).

- Living room with sofa, table base, overhead projector and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and Krups coffee maker.
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
- Shower room with washing machine.
