This home was fully renovated in 2020, including updated kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, flooring and more. All of the furniture and decor was designed to be spacious, modern, and comfortable.

The home furnishings were curated to not merely sleep 13 guests, but to be comfortable for this many guests throughout the whole home. We have provided adequate dining space for a large group. We have designed both living rooms to be comfortable for your whole group. You will find the kitchen to be very functional and fully stocked for all of your cooking and dining needs.

We have recently changed our policy such that guests need to have several positive reviews in order to book the home. Guests with no reviews will be declined. Thank you for your understanding in this.

Family get together

The house was just the right size. Plenty of room for everyone. It was clean but needs to be painted. The marks on the walls make it look dirty. It could also use different bedding. Bring your own blankets if you get cold. The children loved that it was so close to the nature park. It was in a perfect area. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place for Family Christmas

My sisters family came to town and we rented this house so her family, mine, and our parents could have a nice place to stay near my dad and father. This house had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The owners were attentive. It was a great stay!!!!!

Quiet Convenient Neighborhood

A group of nine friends with a mix of couples and singles stayed here for a long weekend. This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood not far from a greenway and with several grocery stores in close proximity. Communication with the host was very good prior to and after our arrival. We had a problem with the door opening when we arrived which was remedied fairly quickly. At one point during the weekend when we needed additional supplies there was a communication hiccup between the parties involved but the supplies were eventually delivered. This home is well suited to large diverse groups as there are two good sized living rooms/dens so there is enough room to spread out. The bedrooms are good sized as well. We would stay here again if in the Charlotte area.

Great House, Great Hosts

The house was very accommodating, with just about everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook each night, and the beds were really comfy. It was also close to Walmart and the grocery store, which was nice. Since there were 7 of us, we almost ran out of toilet paper. So I'd suggest having more rolls available. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd recommend it for sure!

Enjoyed my stay

I would definitely recommend this location to others with a party about 13. There was enough space for everyone, the beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was a great location.

A little hiccup

The overall experience was good except one mishap but the host was willing to correct the issue and responded as quick as possible about the issue. I would of gave 5 stars on everything if it wasn’t for that one issue.

This is a popular Charlotte suburb conveniently 5 minutes from Downtown Matthews, which has a very cool vibe with a lot of great local restaurants, a local coffee shop and a brewery. This neighborhood backs up to the local Greenway and within three minute walk you can be on the greenway which is a great place to go for a run or just take a stroll. The neighborhood is 5 minutes from many shops, restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, entertainment.

Additionally, this home is located 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, including Bank of America Stadium (Carolina Panthers), Spectrum Center (Charlotte Hornets), Nascar Hall of Fame, Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Mint Museum, some of Charlotte's best restaurants and much more.

15 minutes from Bojangles Coliseum, 20 minutes from AvidXchange Music Factory, 22 minutes from NoDa Arts District, 30 minutes from the PNC Music Pavilion, 40 minutes from Concord Motor Speedway.
