Villa Mimosas: garden & heated swimming pool

Welcome to our home!

This is an ideal 150 m² villa that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Pleasant and comfortable, you will appreciate the interior space, its decoration, its comfort (all bedrooms are air-conditioned) as well as its exterior, with its greenery and heated swimming pool (alarm compliant with standards).

The Sainte Marguerite neighbourhood is very well located for visiting the city and its surroundings.

Ground floor:

- A TV room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with espresso machine and dishwasher.
- 3 toilets
- A laundry room
- A garden with plants and terraces to the front and rear of the house. There is a garden lounge, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
- The chlorine swimming pool (6 m x 3 m) is heated and equipped with a standard alarm.

Upstairs:

- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds.

- 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Access to the garden/swimming pool from the living room.

Wi-Fi included in the price.

All household linen is provided (tea towels, sheets and towels).

Pool towels are not provided.

🅿️ Parking : 2 cars can be parked in front of the house, which is located on a private street with a gate.

On arrival, you will find the following items available for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee (1 serving per person)

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

We will ask you for your arrival and departure times, as there will be a key handover and check-out.

Easy access to motorways (5 minutes by car)

Close to shops (3 min walk).

10 min walk from the metro and Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse.

20 minutes from Cassis, a pearl of the Mediterranean.

The Prado beaches are 15 min away by car or bike (cycle paths).

15 min from the first calanques.

Parties are not allowed.

No pets allowed.

Non-smoking accommodation

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide.

A deposit request for €2,000 will be sent to you via our service provider SWIKLY on the booking messaging system. This deposit is not debited from your bank card and does not affect your credit limit (no funds are blocked). The deposit must be paid 48 hours before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions of sale.

You will also find our additional services, including the option to choose flexible arrival and departure times for an additional fee.
