This 1600 SF home with double car garage is the perfect location for extended family vacations in the Canyon Mesa Country Club gated community.

The Country Club offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and executive nine-hole golf course, and is located within minutes to shopping, upscale and casual dining, and seasonal events in Sedona.

This remodeled townhome has all the amenities that are perfect for families and couples alike. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and huge master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, closet and adjacent bathroom. The great room includes a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. The home is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. The fireplace is equipped with a pellet stove for your evening enjoyment. There is a propane BBQ and deck seating for your outdoor enjoyment.

The Private Canyon Mesa Country Club golf course community is adjacent to the beautiful Coconino National Forest Park (open year round, weather permitting) The community offers:

- Pool (open May 1 – November 1)
Hot tub (open year round)
- Tennis courts (open year round, weather permitting)
- Hiking trails just minutes away from your front door.
- Minutes to the shops, restaurants and events in Village of Oak Creek and Sedona

There is a 2 car garage ( vehicles must be parked in garage overnight) There are additional parking areas for guests in driveway, if needed.

- Large outdoor deck with gorgeous red rock views, furniture, and BBQ.
(Please note: In the event that the propane tank runs low on fuel: (just exchange tank at local gas station, Ace Hardware or Clarks Market.)

We loved VOC!

Our month long stay was amazing! Kevin was a great host. Responsive and accommodating. One of the best VRBO stays and properties that we've stayed at. Would consider returning.

Great stay at an excellent condo

We had a great stay at an excellent condo. Besides being incredibly nice, clean place, the condo has very nice upgrades. It also has a great view of Sedona’s Bell Rock. We hope the condo is available to book the next time we visit Sedona!

Like the property just south of main part of Sedona but was beautiful and the view from the porch was outstanding. Rooms were really nice and roomy. Woukd definitely stay again

A Fantastic Stay

We had a great stay at this house! The location was in a quiet country club neighborhood with fantastic views. The house was beautiful, spacious, and everything we could have needed was provided by the owners. Everything was also very clean with plenty of extra towels/sheets/etc. The owners made sure we arrived safely and were accessible if needed throughout the stay. We loved it and would definitely come back to this house in the future!

The host's welcome letter we received prior to our arrival was full of helpful and important information. Exhausted from a long day of travel we found a paradise at the end of the day. The condo is fabulous and very comfortable with the lovely decor, well furnished kitchen, comfy bedrooms and baths, and our favorite place on the deck for coffee and bird songs to greet the morning sun shining on the spectacular vistas. After our days of exploring the Sedona area, we so enjoyed coming back to our nest, a peaceful place to relax and renew. Our host was wonderful, and everything we needed was in close proximity to the condo. A+ experience!

Perfection!

This townhome could not be a better place to stay. We completely LOVED our time there. The location is close to downtown Sedona (about 10 min ride), but far enough away to be completely private and quiet. The town home itself is Beautiful, and the amenities are perfect. We loved walking the beautiful grounds, and my husband enjoyed the golf course. Communication from the home owners was spot on, and every instruction from them was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and the homeowners to anyone who is considering this listing.

This Will not Disappoint

For a perfect visit/vacation, this property is a must. Clean, attractive with top-of-the line appliances and everything you need. Paper supplies, shower needs and cleaning supplies. Sitting on comfortable stylish outdoor furniture on your deck overlooking the golf course and enjoying this quiet and scenic location. Close to busy Sedona but not too close. I highly recommend to guests looking for a relaxing place near hiking trails and excellent restaurants. This will not disappoint.

Great place, convenient, great location

This is a gated golf course community that is nice and quiet. We have two teenagers so one got the bed, the other got the fold-out couch. You can see Bell Rock from the balcony which was a great view. The owner was very responsive to the few questions that I had. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything that I expected to be there with everything working. We were able to put our car in the garage at night, even though it seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. The clubhouse has a pool and whirlpool. A downside is that if you are there during a busy season, which for us was between Christmas and New Year's, the time to get to Sedona was 45 min. because of the backed up traffic. However, we liked being in the Village of Oak Creek since there are several good restaurants and shops, several good hiking trails are easily accessible, and it's quicker to the interstate than from Sedona. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice house and perfect location

Beautiful house offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It’s situated in a serene location within a golf club community, providing stunning views of Bell Rock. Our group of four adults and two children had a wonderful time. Both bedrooms were equipped with king-size beds, which were incredibly convenient.
