This 1600 SF home with double car garage is the perfect location for extended family vacations in the Canyon Mesa Country Club gated community.

The Country Club offers a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and executive nine-hole golf course, and is located within minutes to shopping, upscale and casual dining, and seasonal events in Sedona.

This 1,600 sq ft townhome has all the amenities that are perfect for families and couples alike. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and huge master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, closet and bathroom. The great room includes a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The open concept living room features beautiful red rock views. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outdoor patio has everything you need to entertain and enjoy home cooked meals. The home is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two car garage, and bike storage. The fireplace is equipped with a pellet stove for your evening enjoyment. There is a propane BBQ and deck seating for 6 people for outdoor enjoyment.

The Private Canyon Mesa Country Club golf course community is adjacent to the beautiful Coconino National Park (open year round, weather permitting) The community offers:

- Pool (open May 1 – November 1)
Hot tub (open year round)
- Tennis courts (open year round, weather permitting)
- Hiking trails just minutes away from your front door.
- Minutes to the shops, restaurants and events in Village of Oak Creek and Sedona

There is a 2 car garage ( vehicles must be parked in garage overnight) There are additional parking areas for guests.

- Large outdoor deck with gorgeous red rock views, furniture, and BBQ.

Beautiful spring week

Great location! The pictures don't di it justice. Incredible view of the red rocks from the back porch. Very homey feeling, not like a hotel. The one negative was the WiFi signal was not great and cell signal was poor, but if you want to disconnect this is perfect!

A great place!

This is our second visit to this property. We're a family of 3 adults and it's a perfect home base for hiking the area and enjoying everything Sedona provides. Unlike other properties, this offers everything you need for a week or longer. Very quiet neighborhood with golf, hot tub and pool (pool open during specific months). Highly recommend.

Love it here. Host was amazing even offered an extra night free bc our plane was delayed and we got in so late. Clean place with a beautiful view. Will definitely be back

Serenity

Owners were very accommodating and responsive! We had everything we could possibly need there, a little cooler and lots of paper supplies. The beds were very comfortable, lots of extra bedding, blankets and towels. We were able to make a nice grilled steak dinner, the grocery store was so close. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The views were incredible and the neighborhood very peaceful. Can’t wait to return!!

Enjoyed our stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is exactly as described and well Located to explore the Sedona area. The host communicates timely information and is quick to respond if the need arises. There is a well stocked kitchen and the home is clean and quiet. Would recommend and will return if in the area.
