The sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom with a hairdryer is available, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
Outside, a pleasant private garden is perfect for enjoying the warm weather. It is equipped with a table and chairs, deckchairs for relaxing, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Parking is available within the residence, with no designated space.
Regarding the surroundings, you are ideally located for exploring the region's natural treasures. Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the superb beaches of Contis and Cap de l'Homy, renowned for their wild setting, expanse, and waves popular with surfers. Numerous bike paths and trails line the surrounding area, perfect for exploring the natural surroundings on foot or by bike.
The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the necessary amenities: shops, a market, restaurants, summer entertainment, and a typical Landes atmosphere, nestled between the ocean, pine forests, and tradition.
