Welcome to this ideally located oceanfront studio in a well-maintained residence, centrally located near activities, shops, restaurants, the pine forest, and the sailing school.
This apartment sleeps 4. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a sea-facing balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the pier and the Ile d'Yeu!
Features:
- Open-plan kitchen area equipped with a small refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
- A living room with a high-quality 140cm Murphy bed with a real mattress and ocean views!
- An alcove with two 90cm bunk beds. A door closes this alcove for added privacy.
- A bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.
This studio is very functional and well-equipped. It enjoys direct access to the beach (sailing school and children's beach club at the foot of the building) and is close to the golf course, thalassotherapy center, and amenities.
Free public parking is available near the residence. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
