In a small development, this 4-bedroom villa comprises three bedrooms, a living room, a semi-open kitchen, and a bathroom.
Please note that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning, but it is a dual-aspect unit, which allows for natural ventilation and cooling if needed. A beautiful garden enhances your rental.

On the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. You will also find two children's beds in one bedroom (not suitable for teenagers).

The bathroom features a single sink and a bathtub.

The living room offers direct access to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals overlooking the garden.

Parking:
Parking is available in the cul-de-sac or on the streets near the rental. If you have a large car, consider the Verdun parking lot (subscription available).

Amenities:
Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, oven, induction hob, Italian coffee maker, fridge, freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of appliances; you'll have everything you need for cooking!

Location:
Located near the old port of La Ciotat, it now houses fishing boats and pleasure boats. A pleasant walk along the quays allows you to discover the city's historical heritage.

Bed linens and towels:
As an optional extra, upon request (€25 for a double bed kit, €20 for a single bed kit, and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small towel per person).
Blankets are provided in the accommodation if needed.

This is included in your reservation and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
