It has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Marseille.
It is ideal for a romantic stay.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:
- a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a lounge to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Wifi, TV, dishwasher, heating, washing machine, coffee maker, fan, microwave, hot water, balcony, etc.
Accommodation is not suitable for children.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are accepted.
One of the studioâs strengths is its brightness. It is also very popular for its location.
It is located:
- close to various restaurants;
- 8 minutes walk from a "U Utile" for your small everyday purchases.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- the Catalan Beach at 9 minutes walk;
- SENSAS Marseille 18 minutes by public transport;
- the Museum of Civilizations of Europe and the Mediterranean 20 minutes away ; and many more...

## Emplacement
The 7th district is the South West of the center, and gathers the tip of the old harbour and the Frioul Islands. Being one of the wealthiest parts of the city, as it hosts among others the magnificent golden statue of the Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, icon of Marseille. This district also offers one of the oldest Christian French buildings : Saint Victor abbey ; but also the Fort Saint Nicolas and Pharo Palace.
You will then discover the narrow and steep streets of Saint Victor and Saint Lambert neighbourhoods, but also wealthy and modern buildings alternating with various stalls on the streets. The amazing hidden houses in the sinuous streets create a charming atmosphere of this special area, with not many cars or public transportation.

-line M1 (Vieux-Port station) 25 minutes walk.
Bus:
-line 84 (Codaccioni station) 2 minutes walk.
-line 83 (station Corniche Dessemond) 9 minutes walk.
From Marseille-St-Charles: 27 minutes by public transport.
From Marseille Provence Airport: 30 minutes by taxi.
