Arroyo City, TX Waterfront home

Welcome to our lovely fishing community! We are located on the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River that is part of the intracoastal water way. From the dock you will catch Tarpon, Red Fish, Snook and Trout. Bring your boat to access the bay in 10 minutes and South Padre Island in less than a hour. (2 public boat launches are less than 2 miles away) There is plenty of good fishing! There are many things to do in this area. We are a 1/2 hour from the Laguna Madre National Refuge, Mexico border towns, shopping and outlet malls.

The space:
There are stairs leading to the second floor.
Guests may use all available kitchen appliances.
Bath towels and linens are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towel.
The propane grill is not functioning, but we have a charcoal grill available for guest use. Bring your own charcoal.
We share a dock with our next door neighbor. It is separated by a barrier, so please stay on our side.

It was clean and comfortable for the 4 men. Very convenient to the location where we me our hunting and fishing guide each day. I would report the charcoal grill was not very well maintained.

Relaxing Easter weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay for Easter weekend! The house is very nice and spacious, plenty of sleeping space and restrooms throughout. The large kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the family. We would stay here again!

Love this place. We have enjoyed our stay the past 3 years. Always enjoy the fishing and gazebo.

The owners are very friendly. When we have a question they are quick to respond. Definitely a wonderful place to enjoy God's nature and fish in the river. Highly recommend this place.

Family fishing trip

We went to celebrate a few birthdays for June and enjoy some fishing. Everything was completely wonderful. We made a lot of memories and had more than enough space to accommodate my family. Would definitely recommend and come back for another visit!

Amazing home and the Host was Fantastic!!!

We would definitely book this rental again! The host is very friendly, accommodating, and just all around fantastic! The house was very clean and had a lot of space for a large family. The pier was very relaxing and we had the best time fishing! We truly enjoyed our experience and we would love to say here again some day
