This fourth-floor condo sits right on the beaches of beautiful Amelia Island! Cool off in the community pool or just relax on your own private balcony overlooking the ocean. When you're ready for a change of scenery, check out the view from your second private balcony that looks out over the treetops of Amelia Island and Fernandina! The condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi.

Things to Know
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Toilets are very sensitive, do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper. Guests will be charged if back ups occurs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Double balconies with a view

Loved having east & west facing balconies. The views were excellent. This condo is very spacious. The furniture in the dining area and sitting area is new and the decor is very relaxing/pretty. I’d love to see the bathrooms upgraded/expanded as there’s plenty of room for it (and they feel dated). The beach is a short walk and was never crowded. Our teenagers loved the pool. Our room (with the King) was a bit warm which is why I guess a fan was in there - not sure what can be done about that. I didn’t mind the temp but my husband did. The kid’s room was much cooler. Overall, this had everything I wanted and I would love to stay here again!

1375 Shipwatch

This was a clean unit with a nice view of the ocean. I don’t like carpet and much of it is carpeted. There were several fixable issues that would improve the next renters’ experience. The glass table in the living room is a hazard. My nephew (47 yrs old) hit his knee multiple times. Bruised and bleeding. The toilet in the king room doesn’t work properly and required plunging several times. A comforter was missing from one of the queen beds. The ice maker doesn’t produce much ice.

We checked in and the AC did not work. This is Florida. It took THREE days to get it fixed. The toilet in the MBR ran constantly. Called FOUR times to get it fixed. No can opener in the kitchen.

A lovely place!

Had two sets of balconies to see the sunrise on one side and sunset on the other...amazing location for this. The condo pool was really nice and well kept. It was all within a peaceful, relaxed and beautiful setting.

Great stay!

My short visit to this condo at Fernandina Beach in late January was wonderful! The ocean view from the front balcony is gorgeous and the bedroom balcony views of the western sky are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable and all furnishings are very nice. A quick text question to the friendly property manager was answered right away. Highly recommend!

Shipwatch 1375

Condo location is perfect with balconies providing both ocean and marsh views. However, we asked to be moved due to condition of the unit. Vacasa responded professionally and we were moved the next day. Before you rent the unit, ensure that the following have been corrected: Carpet throughout was buckling with ridges creating tripping hazard, threshold between floor/carpet were wooden raised pieces (hazard), stove vent fan & fridge shelf rusted, needs additional lighting in the bedroom with queen beds, sparse kitchen utensils, needs updating.

Charming and Great Place for a Family

LOVED the view and how close this was to the ocean. The size of the condo was great and allowed us to have some space (between us and our kids). Quiet community. The pool was great! Love that there were other families but not too many people!

Great vacation condo!

Loved how spacious the condo was. Everything was clean, nice kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were nice size. Pool for the condo was very nice. Loved the covered area at the pool. We had picnic lunches there several times. Next time we will take charcoal to grill. Would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is there are stairs to get to the rooms and stairs on the walkways to the beach.

Property needs an update and deep clean

This property is in need of serious updating and deep clean. Carpets are old and stained, rusted appliances, corroded plumbing fixtures, stained furniture, musty smell. Everything is old. However, property manager was very responsive in addressing our complaints. You might want to check if there will be construction during your stay. There was constant drilling and debris on our patio. Ocean view is beautiful. Amelia Island Plantation is wonderful.

Had a great time.

We had a good time and the view is fantastic! We loved the layout of the condo which provided plenty of room for a family of four. Location is also a plus and the amenities were very nice. I would recommend this spot and stay here again.
