Welcome to our Sublime Apartment with Terrace in Paris
We are delighted to present our flat in the luxurious Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Halfway between the Place de la Madeleine, the Elysée Palace and the Place de la Concorde, this tastefully decorated flat combines modernity, elegance and warmth to offer you an unforgettable stay in Paris, with family or friends.
The Space:
WORK IN PROGRESS IN THE BUILDING COURTYARD AND COMMON AREAS
Flat of 37m2 located on the 1st floor without lift which includes :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a Tv screen
- 1 living room with a sofa bed, 1 coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs
Tv, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
Guest Access:
Travellers have access to the entire flat

Located in one of the most beautiful streets of Paris, 5 minutes walk from the Concorde and the Champs Elysées,
Halfway between the Place de la Madeleine and the famous rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré
You will find many luxury shops and restaurants
10 minutes walk from the Place de l'Opera and the department stores (Galeries Lafayette)
This area is known for its beautiful fashion boutiques, restaurants and bars
500m from the Tuileries Gardens, the Louvre Museum, the Orangery Museum and the Decorative Arts.
Above all, you will be very safe throughout your trip.
