Charming 3-bedroom flat located in the centre of Paris in the 1st arrondissement, a few steps from the Rue de Rivoli known for its many lively shops and restaurants. You're surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the Marais, the Beaubourg Centre and the banks of the Seine. Bright, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
The Space:
The flat is located in a lively area with many bars and restaurants.
Flat of 80m2 on the 1st floor without lift
including
- 3 bedrooms with double beds
- 2 bathrooms with toilets (one of which is in one of the bedrooms)
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
- a living-dining area, TV and wifi with table and 6 chairs
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
