Outside :
- A south-east-facing balcony of approx. 9 mÂČ accessible from the living room
- A 34 mÂČ veranda with plants and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in very pleasant surroundings close to the ski lifts. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Ax 3 Domaines ski resort, accessible from the Ax telecabine, about 7 minutes (450 m) walk from the accommodation.
- Les Bains du Couloubret about 8 min (550 m) on foot
- Plateau de Beille (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, igloo building...) approx. 41 min (31.7 km) by car
- Vallée d'Orlu approx. 10 min (5.6 km) by car
- ChĂąteau de Lordat approx. 18 min (13.3 km) by car
