Oceanfront gods med över en tunnland mark pÄ Grand Beach i Scarborough. 5600 kvadratmeter hem med tio sovrum, fem och ett halvt badrum, sover 22 bekvÀmt. Med över ett tunnland mark och privat pool kan du kÀnna dig avskild om du vill. Stort vardagsrum med öppen spis frÄn golv till tak och en vÀgg av glas mot havet. Gourmetkök med kommersiella apparater, öppnar till vardagsrummet och har plats för Ätta i diskbaren. Den formella matsalen vetter mot havet och sitter tio till tolv. Spelrummet har full bar, biljardbord, foosbal, storbilds-TV och massor av bekvÀma möbler att sprida ut pÄ. Utanför Àr vÀl anlagd med 20x40 uppvÀrmd pool i poolen (öppen mitten av maj-september), med utomhusdusch, sex personer badtunna, stor grÀsmatta och privat vÀg till stranden. Separat sandig lekplats för barn. DÀck och poolomrÄdet har tre stora teakbord för uteservering och gott om solstolar vid poolen.

This house was a dream!! There were so many rooms with ocean views allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of waves. My husband and I stayed with our three daughters and their husbands and our 2 grandchildren. The house was large enough to give everyone their privacy if needed. The hot tub was enjoyed every night and it was so nice to walk right out onto the beach. We all wished we had booked for more than three days

Our family had a wonderful time at your home. It was just as beautiful in person with everything that you could possibly need. The location was great. So many things to do in the area. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.We enjoyed the nice heated pool and the private pathway to the beach. The yard was also beautiful. Very well kept.This was our 7th family reunion and it was definitely one of our favorites. Thank you so much.

My extended family and I stayed here for a week and we couldn’t have been happier! The property was even nicer than it looked in the posting, spacious, clean, and accommodating for adults and kids. The quick walk to the beach was amazing, and the pool felt like a resort. 10/10 vacation and home!! We will absolutely be coming again.

Beautiful property with room for our whole family! 17 of us spread out with room to spare, as we gathered to fulfill a last wish and take “papa’s” ashes to the ocean. This area was always his happy place. The family was able to make some wonderful new memories and this space was exactly what we needed. Any minor issue was addressed promptly. Highly recommend for large family gathering!

Perfect house for our group of 22 - 70-ish year olds!Pros: location, plenty of parking, lots of fridge space, plenty of dining table/chairs, comfortable beds, every BR (even the 2 walk through) has big bag of linens/towels/beach towels for 2 people comfortable living room for all, big kitchen with everything needed. (We brought an extra coffee maker and carafe) Pool and hot tub were perfect! Cons: could use a deep clean on house and sheets. Sliding doors hard to open, especially the screens, I’m sure the sea air takes a toll. Street side top floor bedrooms could use ceiling fans. Overall - the perfect house for a large group! Plenty of spaces to hang out, the beach is amazing, the grounds are well maintained. My group loved every minute of our stay!I would definitely recommend!

College Graduate Celebration

There was 16 of us who came to watch my daughter graduate from UNE! We enjoyed the beach, hot tub, pool table, foosball. We tried the pool but was a little cold. Great view to wake up to and enjoy drinking your coffee. We stayed 4 nights.

An amazing place!

Our group of fourteen 70+ folks had a wonderful time at this beachfront property. What's not to like? Ocean: check. Heated Pool: check. Hot Tub: check. We had separate bedrooms for each couple or singleton. Lots of deck space to hang out, and beautiful ocean views from the upper deck. The well-stocked kitchen kept us cooking every night. (It helped that one of our couples is from nearby and prepped some in advance.) We would definitely recommend this place and consider a return visit.

Pine Point

Awesome location - nice and quiet. Not the zoo that is just to the south (Old Orchard Beach). Beautiful pool and clean hot tub. The rooms were all unique, so divvying them up amongst 20 parents/teens was slightly challenging. Great kitchen area and plenty of gathering space, inside and out. Walk through the tall grass to the sand beach - perfect.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful family vacation. We had 17 adults & 6 children, plenty of space. The pool was a hit with all, as was the beach, we were surprised with how nice the beach was, nice sandy beach, we were thinking it would be rocky, but not at all. There is an amusement park right down the road, grocery stores not very far & good restaurants within walking distance. Portland was maybe 20 minutes away, the house is convenient to everything you would need. It was perfect for us, our only complaint would be either 2 outdoor grills or 1 big one, there was only 1 & wasn't very big for that big of a house, but we made due. We would definitely rent it again!

Perfect for large group

We had 13 adults and 2 dogs with plenty of space to spread out and never feel overly cramped in the space. The outdoor area was very nice and made for a great place to gather by the pool. The fact that the pool was heated was an excellent bonus!
