The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Grosseto-Prugna. It has a surface area of 30 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 4 guests. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of Ajaccio Bay and the mountains. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 16 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Residence with swimming pool, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 16 mÂČ living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.) and a living area with two benches (which can be converted into a single bed)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140Ă190)
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside :
- A 7 mÂČ terrace to enjoy the view while you eat
- Communal areas in the residence
- 2 communal swimming pools, one with a beautiful sea view, access via a key fob provided, open from May to October.
The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. Very quiet neighborhood, a group of charming âcottagesâ surrounded by green spaces and local flora (laurels, maquis, etc.). You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
