Our host was very accommodating, the place was very nice, the big king bed was comfortable!We had a few minor things ( tv remote batteries, etc), that were very quickly addressed.Its location near Delta center was perfect for us,And we’d stay here again in future for sure.

I repeated stay here when traveling for work. The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy. It’s close to downtown so easy walking to restaurants. Anthony is also a responsive and communicative host

Overall, a good experience, would stay again. The app for check in did not work, but once inside and had access to the key, it was alright. Good location and good communication with host.

Nice apartment! Cute decor and comfy bed. Great place for two people stay in the city. Close to restaurants and shops and nice walking areas nearby at the Gateway. Check-in process is a bit lengthy but not too difficult. Enjoyed our short stay there!

Week trip for nationals

Spent a week here while my son competed in the AAU Taekwondo Nationals. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was geat. He responded quickly and was very nice and respectful.

Comfortable and Functional

My wife and I recently stayed here in this apartment and found it to have everything we needed, and was located in a place that made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see downtown Salt Lake City. The bed was very comfortable and for that, we were very thankful for!

Great convenient spot!

Really enjoyed this place. Garage parking, and then easy access to the apartment. Comfortable bedding and very clean space! Will definitely put on my return trip places!

Clean and good value

Overall this was a good spot to stay for the weekend and I’m happy with the price. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and the apartment size is great for two people. Downsides are that we had issues with getting enough hot water for two showers (host stated there was nothing to be done about this due to it being a eco-friendly building, but I was literally shivering by the end of a 5 min shower) and the building is a huge maze with a very slow elevator. This is to be expected in a large apartment complex but just something to note as a small inconvenience every time you leave the building.

Great! Great! Great!

Great place and great host! As a 1st time VRBOer, I had many clarifying questions and each was answered promptly and courteously. The location was everything we could’ve hoped for —within walking distance of the Delta Center and TRAX stops. One small glitch was that we received conflicting info about using the STRATIS app for entry into the building. But that was resolved promptly. Our host even provided a few snack items on the counter! I would definitely recommend this place and host.

Convenient to Convention Center

In looking for something close to Convention Center found this and everything worked. Close market to shop at and easy to get back and forth once you learn how large a SLC block is! LOL Our host was amazing!

Great cozy apartment

This place was super clean and well furnished. It’s right downtown, within walking or short driving access to pretty much anything you could want downtown! The space was cozy and cute. Perfect for a couple wanting a getaway that’s close to everything you need. It would be tight with more than two, but for a couple, it’s absolutely perfect.
