Beautifully Remodeled Cottage on Otsego Lake! Amazing Sunsets!! 2 Kayaks!
This cottage will make you feel instantly at home. From the new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, to the custom walk-in shower with in-floor heat, everything has been upgraded .Then to make things even better, the sunsets and views are amazing! Within walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Gaylord! Right on the snowmobile trail for winter enjoyment and the bike/walking trail in the summer. Also, right on Otsego Lake with your own patio and dock to use at your leisure. This location cannot be beat!
Every room has been beautifully remodeled and redecorated.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen does have a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about hand washing dishes on vacation.
The bathroom has a beautiful, custom walk-in shower with stunning glass tile and heated floors throughout the bathroom and shower! There is a heating fan to keep you nice and warm while getting ready. You won't want to leave this beautifully appointed bathroom!
The main floor bedroom has a hotel quality, comfortable queen size mattress. Also, on the main floor the living room couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa that can fit up to two people comfortably. There is a main floor flat screen if watching tv is your thing.
The upstairs boasts a large 60" flat screen tv. There is an extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic full size mattress for our guests to enjoy. Also, there is a trundle bed that has two twin size mattresses. The steps to the upstairs are a bit steep so our older guests and probably the tinier guests may want to consider claiming the main floor bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer on the main floor.
The best thing about this cottage (besides it's beautiful interior) is the lake and sunset views. The sunsets here will take your breath away! There is an outdoor patio with a propane grill for our guests to use. The dock is also a major advantage.
You can fish or sunbathe right off the dock. The bottom is sandy and shallow until the end of the dock.
You will not be disappointed with all of the upgrades that this home has to offer...it's a cozy cottage with a location that just can't be beat! And the sunsets views will have you coming back year after year!

My husband and I grew up in Gaylord and we love the area. We have two children that are in high school that keep us extremely busy. We are available to offer suggestions or if you need help deciding what to do for the day!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Gaylord is a perfect vacation get away. We are centrally located right off of I-75. The cottage is about 1 mile to the on-ramp to the expressway. If you want to stay in Gaylord, the golf courses or ski resorts are within 3 miles of the cottage (more depending on where you want to go). Snowmobile /biking trail is literally 100 yards away. Stores and shopping are about 3 miles away. Boating and relaxing on beautiful Otsego Lake is right out the sliding glass door. Everything you could want to do is right at your finger tips!
If you want to take a drive, Mackinac Island is an hour away. Boyne Mountain is about 30 minutes away. Petoskey is 45 minutes. Burt and Mullet Lake are 45 minutes. The opportunities for adventure are endless!

It's beautifully appointed and extremely inviting...you won't want to leave!!There are also two kayaks available to use for free that are included with your stay.
