The entrance opens onto a bright living area with lounge space and TV, leading directly to the terrace with sea view.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and features a dining area with high chairs.
Sleeping area:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), storage space, and direct access to the terrace.
The en-suite shower room includes a double sink.
A separate toilet completes the layout.
The furniture and appliances have been selected for their comfort and quality. The terrace is furnished for outdoor meals or relaxation, in a green setting with no direct overlooking neighbours.

Nice Airport: ± 30 min by car via the A8 motorway.
Cannes Railway Station: ± 10 min by car or 35 min by walk.
Transfers can be organised through our concierge service on request.
