In a quiet residence 250m from the beach and shops, beautiful apartment completely renovated with 2 rooms and 29mÂČ with glazed loggia for 4 persons, on the 1st floor with elevator. This apartment includes a living room (sofa bed, TV, storage, dining area), with equipped kitchen area (4 ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, extractor, microwave, oven and washing machine), a bedroom with 1 double bed people, bathroom with toilet. Private parking spot n°14.
Animals not admitted.
