Located in the city of Printemps, 100m from the beach and 600m from the town center, this renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.
- Entrance hall, living room with sofa, dining area, TV, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a south-facing balcony.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs: - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm), shower room.
- Pets not allowed.
Storage space for 2 bicycles in the cellar.
