This single-level condo is on the fourteenth floor. Elevators are available.
LOCATION
Walk 1 minute to the beach via the boardwalk leading from the pool deck.
Paddle, fish, or hike at Gulf State Park or visit Adventure Island to enjoy rides and amusements for all ages. A variety of restaurants and essentials are close at hand along Perdido Beach Blvd.
The balcony concrete is being repaired and guests will not have access during this process. There will be construction workers on the balcony during the day. The gulf side indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Nov 1, 2022 - Nov 28, 2022. The rear indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Dec 13, 2022 - Jan 2, 2023. The outdoor pool will still be available.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
