The apartment is on the first floor of a buiding, with elevator, located 300m from the center of Saint-Gervais.
It has a Western exposure with balocny, view swimming pool.

- A sleeping area at the entrance with bunk bed 3 levels (3 single bed).
- A living room with sofa-bed, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchenette with 4 electric hobs,microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
