ABOUT THE HOUSE

Gather in the living room, where there’s plenty of seating on a new couch, love seat, and two chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 43” flat-screen TV or just enjoy the bay views through the sliding glass doors. Out on the patio, curl up on the lounge chairs and enjoy a good book. Or walk directly out the back door to the pool or beach.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances. An eat-in breakfast table for four is the perfect spot for morning coffee.

Sit down around the four-person dining table for more formal meals, enjoying good food and good company. The kitchen pass-through bar seats two more.

This ground-floor condo sleeps five comfortably between the two bedrooms (both with brand-new mattresses) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In the master, fall asleep to the sounds of the water. You’ll enjoy a king bed, 43” flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage. Across the hall, a full bath offers double sinks and soaking tub with dual shower wands.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The second full bathroom offers a walk-in tiled shower with glass sliding doors.

Extra amenities include a washer/dryer and reserved parking for one car located right by the front door.

THE LOCATION

Resort amenities include a large tropical pool and waterways, a hot tub, and lush grounds. Make use of a fantastic multi-million-dollar clubhouse on-site. The prestigious Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club offers a private 18-hole championship golf course and fine dining.

On the mainland, dine on the water at Sea Porch Café at the Don CeSar and sample fresh seafood at Sea Critters Café. Go touring on a bike or rent a boat and explore the Intracoastal Waterway. Stock up on groceries and supplies at the Publix and CVS, just 10 minutes away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
