Just 5 minutes from La Flèche and 10 minutes from its zoo, the Gîte de la Pauverdière, adjoining the Gîte "La Loge" but not overlooked, offers you everything you need to relax in peace, stroll through the surrounding villages, and admire our countryside by hiking or cycling on the Vélobussonnière trail, located 200 meters away.

Immersed in a 6,000 m² green setting, this 4-star furnished farmhouse of 160 m² features, on the ground floor:
- a large 50 m² living room,
- a kitchen equipped with professional equipment, a tabletop plancha, a raclette grill, an electric wok, and a waffle iron,
- a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm or convertible into two 80 x 190 cm beds) and a disabled-accessible shower room. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), and a shower room with a toilet.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
For your leisure time, you will find an outdoor playground for children aged 3 to 12, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.
Sheets and bath towels are available for rental upon request: €10 per person.
A cleaning fee is an additional charge and mandatory for professionals: €80.
