You’re just 1 block from a sugar-white stretch of sand at this beautifully updated 3BR/2.5BA Gulf Shores house, affectionately known as “Anchor Up”.

Gather on two private decks; one with Little Lagoon views and amazing sunsets, the other with Gulf views and constant sea breezes. Or enjoy the shade in an entertaining space beneath the house, complete with a picnic table, gas grill, and a spacious yard for the kids to play.

Additional highlights include a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as a large open living and dining area.

The house is also just a short walk to the nearest coastal eatery, grocery store, shops, and downtown Gulf Shores.

LIVING AREAS

In the living area, two sofas (one opens to reveal a sleeper) offer plenty of seating. An armchair and plush recliner offers more space to unwind next to the 55” flat-screen TV.

Host a movie night, or rack up the full-size pool table adjacent to the living area.

KITCHEN & DINING

A spacious kitchen has plenty of space to whip up tasty group meals, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a side-by-side refrigerator.

The nearby dining table seats eight, and a breakfast bar offers seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

A large and elegantly appointed master bedroom comes with a king bed, a 40' flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a private deck with outdoor chairs and tables as well as amazing Lagoon views and wonderful Fall sunsets. The master en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 32' flat-screen TV with a DVD player.

The bright third bedroom has two queen beds and a 34” flat-screen TV.

A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. There's also a half bath located off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend sunny days on the sprawling covered deck overlooking the Gulf; enjoy the sound of the waves and soothing sea breeze. Cushioned outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a swing chair, and patio table make this the ultimate haven to relax, read, and share meals together.

Breathe the coastal air from the master bedroom deck; complete with seating for four and tranquil views of Little Lagoon.

Beneath the house, an entertaining space includes a picnic bench, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a large yard for the kids to play games.

LOCATION

Walk one block from the house to spend the day on the nearest sugar-white beach.

If you're bringing the kids, enjoy family fun at Waterville USA, or the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (both around a 5-minute drive). Or drive 20 minutes to hike along the nature trails of Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

Save time for a vacation shopping spree at Tanger Outlets, or the new OWA complex (both around a 20-minute drive).

When dining out, the Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails (a 12-minute walk) and Janino's Pizza (a 20-minute walk) are both great local options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
