The Sea Watch in Ocean City offers everything a vacationer could want. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The place overall was good. I would not recommend small children staying in this condo because the balcony’s are unsafe. There are sides that are too wide and a small kid can fall right through the railings.

Excellent location and views! Loved that we could walk to get groceries and takeout food! Elevators were a bit of a challenge and the childproof door handle cover was not helpful for adults and safety purposes. Some electrical items were reported to rental agency. Overall, it was a nice rental.

Nice condo with great ocean view

Pros: Clean. Close location to grocery store. Linens provided. Beach chairs and beach umbrella in laundry room. Nice balcony with ocean view. Cons: No storage for grocery items. Had to rearrange cupboards and stand in living room to hold groceries. Also, not a fan of Roku but understand decision due to cable costs these days.

Exceptional!

The condo was exactly as it was shown on the Vacasa site. It was spotless. The kitchen was wonderful with up to date appliances. It had everything you need in your kitchen. Lovely decor and very comfortable beds. The shower in the master bath was beautiful. I especially liked the light overhead. We would definitely recommend this condo. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Very comfortable & Great views

Loved the generously-sized balcony where we spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach). Condo was comfortable and amenities were plentiful. Easy beach access.
