In the heart of the 9th arrondissement, this 70 mÂČ apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Marseille.
Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is ideal for a group of friends.

## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with an elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bedroom with a trundle bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
You will particularly appreciate its tranquility and dedicated workspace.
During your stay, you will notably have access to: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- 200 meters from a "Carrefour City" supermarket;
- 20 minutes by bus from the Orange Vélodrome Stadium, Borély Park, and the beaches;
- 40 minutes by subway from the Old Port (which is the center of Marseille with bars, restaurants, and shops);
- less than an hour from the Palais Longchamp and the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde.
