This residence is located in the heart of the Vars Les Claux resort, about 200 meters from the centre of the resort and only 5 meters from the ski slopes and 100m from the first ski lifts.

A perfect location for a departure and a return ski to the feet in an exceptional setting.This 73 m2 apartment on the ground floor seduces with its functionality and capacity. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds in 140x190, as well as a third bedroom equipped with two bunk beds in 90x190, four single beds, perfect for children or stays with friends. It also has a bathroom, two separate toilets, and a large window without vis-Ă -vis providing a beautiful brightness, even without outside space.The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the needs of mountain stays: hob, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, citrus press, raclette and fondue machine, washing machine.
