Upon your arrival, you will discover a pleasant living area including a lounge area with a sofa and television, as well as a large dining table. Just behind it is the kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine and toaster are at your disposal.
A veranda leads you directly to the terrace and the enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying beautiful days.
The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190), as well as a functional bathroom.
In the garage, you will also find a washing machine and an iron for added comfort. There is also a composter on the site.
Two private parking spaces are available right in front of the house.
Ideally located close to the sea, the location is:
- 77 m from the restaurant "Maloya",
- 1.5 km from the sandy beach "des Conches",
- 6 km from the supermarket "Intermarché SUPER Longeville-Sur-Mer",
- 6 km from the bus station "Longeville-Sur-Mer",
