It sits on 400 ft. of the Ammonoosuc River with access to a major snowmobile trail right from your front door. Some of the best snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking (on and off-road), and hiking are also available.
Recently refurbished, the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers modern amenities, unique decor, and a full kitchen for an enjoyable vacation.

Perfect for active families, outdoor enthusiasts, and even the solo adventurer, this home has one full bedroom, a walk threw room with 2 twin beds (and a pull out queen leather couch in the living room) with comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, handcrafted furniture, and stunning views. Fall asleep to the calming sounds of the rushing river.
The first bedroom features a Queen bed, large windows that overlook the river, and easy walk-through access to the second bedroom.
The second bedroom includes two Twin beds and a stackable washer and dryer in one corner. This room offers direct access to the bathroom. This is not a private bedroom. It is a walk threw room.

The pristine bathroom is spacious, well-lit, and boasts a shower, a toilet, and a cedar vanity with plenty of storage for your bathroom essentials. Enjoy the excellent water pressure and the hotel-quality towels.

The fully-equipped kitchen combines classic rustic charm with modern appliances to create a comfortable yet functional space to prepare homemade meals for the whole family. Looking for a unique experience? This property is one of a kind. It sits right on the river, is the closest house to Lower Falls which a relaxing water hole and its right on a snowmobile trail. Close to some fo New Hampshires best hiking and the Fly fishing doesn't get any better.
