- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.

- A bathroom with shower and bathtub

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from May to October, secured by a fence
- A 5.5m² south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Cerbère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Explore the seabed by diving in the Cerbère-Banyuls marine nature reserve, rich in biodiversity.
- Walk the hiking trails, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding vineyards.
- Visit the Cap Cerbère lighthouse, a modern solar-powered lighthouse located on the cliffs, offering an exceptional panorama.
