Park City Lift Line 208 offers year-round allure with its prime location on prestigious Park Avenue. Whether you're seeking summer adventures or winter delights, you're just moments away from Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and the Park City Golf Course. Plus, convenient access to the nearby bus stop ensures easy transportation throughout the area, making it the perfect destination for all seasons.
This unique two-level unit features 1,275 square feet over two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All to sleep up to six guests in comfort.
Upon entering the property through the second level front door (there's an additional door on the third floor), you step through a short hallway and into the main great room holding the living room and kitchen area.
Living Room: This room boasts plush leather furnishings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a 65â Sony Smart TV. Step out onto the private balcony where you'll enjoy outdoor seating and views overlooking Park Avenue.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features GE appliances, lovely stone counters, and a bar seating for six (which also acts as the dining space).
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (level one) â Queen size bed, 32â Sony TV, Park Ave. views, and an en suite bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2/bunk room (level one) â Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additional powder room on upper level.
