Newly Renovated, Downtown Home with Lake Views

Newly renovated, historic home with modern features and designs. Our home is located in downtown Burlington and features a wall of windows with spectacular lake and mountain views. The Lake Champlain waterfront, Battery Park and downtown Church Street are a short 10-15 minute walk away. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.

We all live fairly close by and one of us can be around in the event that something is needed, but we give our guests their space.

The home is located in a tight-knit, quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk down to the waterfront (going down pedestrian only Depot Street). There is an amazing coffee shop just a couple of minutes away on foot called Scout. They serve up delicious coffee, ice cream, cookies, and pastries.

Wonderful view. Watching the sunset over the lake from the backyard was lovely. Hosts were responsive when we encountered problems with the WIFI connection.

Excellent Stay in Burlington!

Great property and location! Host is awesome, accommodating and responsive. The room layout worked well for our group, two beds and bath on first floor and two beds and bath on second floor. We will definitely book again when we are back in Burlington. Place is clean, modern design/tech, and nice view of the lake.

A great deal of work went into renovating and modernizing this place. It was bright and clean. The view of the lake is terrific. Although the neighborhood houses are close together, it was very quiet, and the backyard was private. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and showers good and modern, despite being small.There were nice decorative touches throughout, great books to read, and good mirrors in most rooms. The hosts are environmentally aware. The walk to various places downtown is an easy mile or so. One minus for us is that we did not feel the living room furniture was very comfortable. All in all this was a very nice place to stay.

Family wedding

This was the perfect spot. Spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. We walked to town and to the wedding venue. Well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay again.

Great house with great view of the lake

Property owner replied to my multiple questions on different days super fast. House was perfect for eating together watching sunrise/sunset on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views.

It was the perfect place for a friend getaway. The location was great, 15 walk to the harbor for some outside activities. Parking was easy too. The hosts were easy to get a hold of when there was a minor water issue and they were very responsive in their attempts to fix it. Would definitely stay again!

Girls' getaway

Location was excellent, loved the views of the lake and sunsets. It took us a few tries to figure out the lighting and AC, but we mostly succeeded.

We had a great time!

Hey y’all! This place was great! Stunning views and central air in almost all rooms and a good AC unit in the bedroom that didn’t have one. Amply stocked with seasonings and coffee. Great coffee maker. Everything pretty much functioned as it was supposed to. The grills worked like a charm and we enjoyed some burgers on the back patio one night. Great place! Would recommend to others including professional colleagues!
