Family-Friendly Whistler Retreat | Steps to Pool & Hot Tub | Updated 2BR Ground Floor Corner Condo, walk to Whistler Golf Course and Alta Lake Beach.

Welcome to your ideal family getaway in Whistler, BC—perfect for both summer beach days and winter ski adventures! Our spacious, ground-floor corner condo offers a peaceful forest retreat with room for the whole family. Kids will love the year-round heated pool, while you unwind in the hot tub or take in the ski hill views from the common room and pool deck. Located just a short walk from Alta Lake’s best beach and the Whistler Golf Course, this is your four-season base for mountain memories.

Registered for BC STR rules May 1, 2024. Whistler Business License 00012137 and provincial registration on file.

The pool, hot tub and ping pong table are available year round for family entertainment and there are shared BBQ grills on the pool deck for guest use.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for your family meal prep with all of your basic needs for cooking and dining.

This is our home away from home so you'll find extras such as spices, cooking oil, outdoor dinnerware, games and more for our guests to enjoy.

Located a 25 minute walk from the main village and ski lifts across the highway using the Village Connector trails or hop on the city bus which stops out front of the condo (bus fare applies, tickets are available in town at the tourism office)

Family Friendly Ground Floor Spacious Condo with room for up to 8 guests, ideally set up for one family with kids or two small families travelling together.
Wake up to snowy mountain views as you enjoy breakfast in the dining room with the fireplace just behind you.
There's room to spread out and have room to play games or get a little work done, enjoy the pool and hot tub or sit out on the patio with your coffee.
The patio is currently being re-build and will have a new look for spring 2024. It may not be available for summer/fall/winter 2023

Located a 25 minute walk from the main village and ski lifts across the highway using the Village Connector trails.
Local bus stop is right out front to go to and from the village and ski lifts.

Ideal large condo for family getaways for summer. Walk or Bike to Lakeside Beach on Alta Lake, Whistler Chateau Golf Course and a lovely 20-25 min walk along the valley nature trail into the main village.

The walk may be a bit far for some as our condo is up the hill a little ways on the final stretch, but we enjoy it with our kids. In the summer, it's a pretty nature trail right into the main village and very easy for biking. There are signs all along the village pathway and we include the map in our guest guide.



Great value for a family stay or for you and a couple friends or enjoy the views while working from home, remotely, at our dining room.

The kitchen and bathroom amenities are almost all new and high quality and furnishings and decor are being added and refreshed along the way along with new duvets and pillows added to our cozy beds.
Queen bedroom furniture and mattresses are all new in March 2022.

The bathrooms and kitchen have been deep cleaned and are in good working condition but are not renovated yet (as pictured), and we do acknowledge the tile floors & carpet will need replacing soon.
The owners have spent a lot of attention to detail making this large condo as comfortable and well-outfitted as possible for your getaway we just want to be up front that we know it's not perfect but it's a great value space.

Bike Trails, Paved Valley Trail and Alta Lake Trail access are all right outside the property for the best morning nature walks all year round. Bike Storage locker is available in the parkade - use at your own risk and bring your own locks

Take the #6 bus at the Ptarmigan Place stop just out front of the driveway ($2.50 cash per person or day passes/multipacks can be purchased at the Whistler Village Visitor Centre)
Take the bus so you don't have to pay the daily parking rates in the village day lot.
There are lockers (for a fee) in the day lodges and if you are renting gear, the rental shops will store most of it nightly for you to pick up each day (aside from boots).

The Valley Trail goes behind the condo, down the hill and wraps over to the main village for access to shops and restaurants. The municipality maintains the Valley trail in winter to keep them mostly snow-free but it can take some time to be cleared after fresh or heavy snowfall days.

Wonderful location and clean and comfortable accomodations

This was the ideal location for us and the pool was perfect. There was construction taking place on the exterior of the property but we were gone all day so it wasn't bothersome. Loved the access to Lakeside Park, trails, and Whistler Village. The condo was well appointed and comfortable.

Perfect

The photos did not do this place justice. This is a corner unit with lots of room outside and inside. My family of six had plenty of room to spread out and we loved it here. Plenty of fresh linens towels and great kitchenware. The best part for us would be the attention to detail. Having a wine opener and coffee ready to make. Good cooking ware non stick pans. The only feedback would be to fix the fan under the microwave so we can cook bacon without the alarm going off. :) We love bacon. Perfect place. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for making this spot available!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed the apartment and all the extras - the great pool even on a starry zero degree night and hot tub; ping pong table, puzzle and scrabble game. There is a 2k? walking trail from the apartment to Whistler Centre. My kids however preferred to go by car.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this property and just purchased it in December 2021. We can just feel the magic with this space and great energy. It's so big and open, our kids love it, the views are fantastic and we are excited to plan for every opportunity to come up to stay here personally. The Pool and Hot Tub is our favourite part but we spend a lot of time enjoying the fireplace and working remotely while enjoying the views.

We have a vision to enhance and renovate after we have owned it for a while and have a great feeling for what we want this condo to be for our family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The year round pool and hot tub is a great bonus.
The corner unit is designed in such a way that there are no neighbours on either side of us and just one neighbour above, but the concrete construction has been really great at minimizing noise around us too.
