Cozy 3BD, 2BA fully furnished with beautiful mountain views.
Nestled in beautiful Palolo valley just inland from Diamond Head, Honolulu, our family and PET-friendly fully furnished home is a spacious 3 bedroom retreat with mountain views near fantastic hiking trails, parks, beaches, surfing spots, and shopping located up a private road. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances. Home has open floor plan. There is a quaint and private yard area with "Ninja Line" and swing under the shade of Mango and Lychee trees with a garden. There is a neighborhood park down the street with a pool, tennis courts and large grass area.
Kitchen appliances include Kitchenaid mixer, toaster, microwave oven with a large island table in the center for food preparation. Shared washer and dryer downstairs. All utilities are included. It's a three bedroom home with two full bathrooms; one with shower, the other with shower and large soaking tub. No rooms have air conditioning though all have fans. We've never needed air conditioning as the home is built into the mountain keeping it cool on hot days. The home is divided by a large wall with opening. The master with king size bed has it's own large living room. On the other side of the home there are two spacious bedrooms; one with it's own private entrance leading out to the private yard, the other with beautiful views of the valley; each with full sized beds. This side of the home also has its own large living space.
Home is available for minimum 6 month lease beginning January 1st 2022 till June 30th and then month-to-month. New tenant can move in as early as the 22nd of December for a prorated rate. Price per month is $3,300 plus GET of 4.712% and includes weekly yard service. Option for month to month for $3,800 available as well though for monthly Hawaii requires us to pay a 10.25% TAT tax. Weekly maid service available for an additional $500 a month. Parking for two available. This is an old home with a lot of character. Some things have been renovated though other fixtures are original or moderately updated.
