đLiving Area: Nice cozy living room with seating for 5, an electric fireplace, 50" Smart Streaming TV, reading materials, games and cards. Attached balcony.
đPatio/Balcony: Large balcony overlooking parklands, views of the mountains, cozy patio furniture.
đœDining Room: Large dining table with ample room, comfortably seats 4.
đ„ŁKitchen: A large island with bar seating for 3. FULLY equipped with pots, pans, knives, silverware, baking sheets, cutting boards, glass bakeware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, storage containers, toaster, Ninja Blender, dish cloths, potholders, bowls, plates, salad plates, wine glasses, juice glasses and glasses. Large pantry.
đ Guest Bath: Large walk in shower, single sink, scale, towels, shampoo, conditioner and cleaning supplies.
đŠFox Room: Queen size bed, full chest of drawers, large closet, hangers, night table & lamp. Overlooks parklands.
đ§șLaundry Closet: Full set electric washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, cleaning supplies and Dyson Vacuum.
đ”Master Bedroom Suite: King size bed, night tables, lamps, huge walk in closet and extra shelving. Overlooks parklands.

HOUSE RULES
1. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on patio and stairwells Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Neighborhood quiet time is 9 pm.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed without prior consent.
6. ONE đ¶ pet is allowed, with additional $250 deposit.
7. There are exterior security cameras at all stairwells.
8. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to owners immediately.
9. Guests have 2 hours after check in to report any issues with the unit, so they may be rectified immediately, there will be no refunds after that allotted time.
10. Must be 25 years and older to book our listing.
11. All guests must sign an additional rental contract and submit a security deposit within 48 hours of booking.
12. All guests must submit a drivers license within 48 hours of booking.
13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and removal from property with no refund.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We feel in love with the flat at an open house, walked out unto the back patio turned in every direction and had to have this unit! Sunny afternoons are the best on the patio, clear views of the mountains, especially the famous "M"!

The flat is as central as you can get in Bozeman, quick easy access to the interstate, minutes from downtown and shopping and eateries within walking distance.
