In the heart of the Vosges Saônoises, in a preserved and secluded environment, discover La Chapelle Gîte: this typical farmhouse, tastefully restored with respect for its stone and wood, welcomes you for a wonderful stay. Magnificent views of the wooded landscapes and a small fountain.

Independent and secluded gîte.

On the ground floor: entrance through the old cart shed, living room with pellet stove, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: mezzanine living room with flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 1 shower room and WC. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer).

Utility room: children's games, table football, storage space for bicycles, motorcycles, and strollers.

Heating: pellet stove if used (consumption at the tenant's expense, [hidden] €7 per 15kg bag, price depending on availability) and electric heaters. Wooden terrace (enclosed). Lawned garden, swing set, pétanque court.
Unfenced pond on site: children under parents' responsibility.
Fishing and swimming not permitted.

Pets allowed, maximum 2 (contact the owner for vaccination records and the breed of the animal; depending on the size of the animal, the owner may refuse pets) (€7 per day per animal) + mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (€60).

A €350 deposit will be required upon arrival.

€150 will be required for pets (€300 for two)

Utilities not included. Electricity consumption after meter reading: 28 cents per kWh consumed, pellets if using the stove.

Beds made free of charge upon arrival.
Bath towels available at an additional cost, €10 per person for stays of 1 to 7 nights.

In winter, depending on weather conditions, bring snow gear for your car, which is mandatory in our region. Ground floor entrance:

One bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, terrace access, kitchen, living room, pellet stove, relaxation area with chaise longue, armchair, and flat-screen TV.
Call the owner to provide an approximate arrival time.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Pets: €7.00 per day
- Towels: €7.45 per person per stay
