Ideally located in the heart of the charming village of Brem-sur-Mer, with immediate access to shops (bakery, butcher, newsagent/tobacconist, etc.), this pleasant, renovated 54mÂČ house offers a bright and airy living space.
You enter directly into a lovely 30mÂČ living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, small refrigerator), a breakfast bar, and a lounge area (sofa, armchair, and coffee table). There is Wi-Fi access, but no TV.
The sofa bed (160x200cm) in the living room can be used as a double bed for two people.
A hallway leads to the bedroom and the bathroom (sink, shower, washer-dryer, and toilet).
Bedroom: one double bed (140x190cm) and storage.
The living room opens onto a garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue.
A shed is available for storing bicycles.
One private parking space.
The house is located on a street bustling with activity, including a market (Tuesdays and Fridays), where you can buy fresh produce and enjoy the summer atmosphere.
The cycle path near the house provides access to Dunes Beach (2.5 km), the charming village of La GachĂšre with its marshes, and the forest.
Pets are not allowed. Sheets and linens are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
