A 10x4.2 swimming pool, 1.50m deep, is shared with another gîte and the owners. It is chlorine-treated and open from April to the end of October and is secured by an alarm. A private terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and two dining areas are available in the garden, with a fire pit shared by both gîtes. There is a shared garden of approximately 7000m² and a pétanque court.

This cottage is ideally located for exploring Bergerac, the Monbazillac wine route, the bastide towns of the Périgord Pourpre region, or even gabarre trips on the Dordogne River. Also enjoy the gourmet riches of the Périgord: farmers' markets, tastings at the winemakers of Monbazillac, traditional cuisine featuring foie gras, confits, walnuts, and truffles.
