Gunite heated pool with hot tub. Ten minutes to ocean beaches located in the private enclave of Southampton Pines.
Includes games and sporting activities for children.
Available for minimum one month rental during peak summer season, June, July and Aug.
Balance of year can be booked with two-night minimum stay.

A True Gem in East Quogue! We just wrapped up an incredible weekend at this stunning 6-bedroom home, and we’re already planning our next stay! Every room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and came with its own ensuite—pure luxury and comfort. The cozy living rooms made it easy to unwind, and the chef’s kitchen was an absolute dream for cooking and gathering.The outdoor space was just as impressive—immaculately maintained and manicured, with a sparkling pool that became our favorite hangout spot. Whether we were lounging outside or relaxing indoors, we felt completely at home.A special thank you to Donald, who was quick to respond and an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout the entire process. His attentiveness made everything seamless and stress-free.This house is a true diamond—elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed in every way. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Awesome Experience

This house is amazing!. They should post more pictures because it is a large home with so many amenities.Our family was in the Hamptons for a wedding and this home served us very nicely. We had the mornings and early afternoons to enjoy the pool and relaxing backyard.After the functions the kids went to bed and the adults stayed up and played cards. Don, was easy to reach and made our stay easy. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect Girls Trip

This house was perfect for a big group of friends! We had 9 women and there were so many communal spaces, a huge dining room, big open kitchen, which made it perfect for us all to be together. The pool and outdoor space is gorgeous. All the bedrooms are huge and have their own bathroom, which made it really comfortable for everyone.

Gorgeous house

We loved this house! The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern and playful. There were so many different areas to spend time with family and friends - upstairs, on the main level and the basement. All the bedrooms, with the exception of the basement, had their own bathrooms making it very comfortable for everyone. Check in was super easy. I highly recommend this house for groups and large families!

Would have been perfect


House was beautiful, just like pictures. Was disappointed that the pool was not cleaned and was unusable on Memorial Day weekend. Pool area not set up for even sitting outside on a beautiful weekend. There was a handwritten note saying not to turn on hot tub as the pool was in process of being cleaned. We had wedding festivities the first few days of arrival and assumed Memorial Day Monday, plus 80 degrees and sunny, the cleaning and set up would have been complete. Very disappointed.

No issues

Check in went smoothly. House was spacious and looked just like pictures. I wish there were more pictures and reviews online upon booking because I didn’t completely know what to expect but I was thoroughly pleased. Would stay here again.

Family gathering

The house was beautiful and spacious, but very dirty. If the owner is paying for a cleaning service, they are not doing their job. Oven looked like it had never been cleaned inside. Toilets had blue tabs in them but never brushed so there was a rim of scum in the bowl. Bathroom floor mats were dirty and clearly had been recently used. There were even beer cans left in the yard. With that said, other than cleanliness, it is a great house in a great neighborhood.
