It has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

Warm and well-appointed, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- another room with a bunk bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of strolling.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Public parking (possible to park right in front of the house), Shared swimming pool (open in July and August, from 10am to 8pm), Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Garden, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the strengths of the house is its brightness. It is also very popular for its location:
- close to the various restaurants;
- 12 minutes walk from an "ALDI" for your small everyday purchases.
The sites of interest near the accommodation:
- the Beach of Sainte-Marie at 20 minutes on foot;
- Le Jardin d'Ariane 5 minutes by car;
- the Nautical Base of Parroudé - Canoë kayak Paddle Torreilles at 8 minutes; and many more...
