The Barnhouse was perfect for our family stay in the Quad Cities…great size for 8 people…very clean…well equipped kitchen…and an amazing patio to gather and enjoy the views of Pleasant Valley. Would love to stay again for our next visit!

Perfect Stay!

Great accommodations, location and overall experience. Never spoke to the hosts, but never had a reason to. The small touches around the property were noticed and appreciated by our family. Fun eclectic style and decor throughout the home and property. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for offering such a fun getaway!

First time staying here with my family members and it was amazing! We didn’t want to leave haha. It was super clean, and they had everything we needed on the property. I felt like I was at home, Such a beautiful place to come and relax for a weekend getaway! I am recommending everyone I know here. The host were also very sweet, and attentive!

Amazing Unique stay in Davenport

This was such a unique and wonderful property! I was able to bring my whole family and their spouses to Davenport to visit my oldest child and his wife and my first grandchild to spend the weekend to celebrate our Christmas! This home has EVERYTHING you would need! Plenty of space to be together or spread out. I definitely will be back during warmer months to take advantage of the wonderful outside areas! Thank you for allowing us to experience this property.❤

Comfortable for a large group

Nice location-rural with big yard yet close to Bettendorf. Clean and spacious, multilevel provided privacy for a large group. Kitchen well stocked; pans/dishes, even a slow cooker. Large patio has ample seating and a fire table. Hosts were very responsive when we needed a propane tank refill. Great experience - would stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing properly

We sent our guys to work in Davenport. This property gave them a place that felt like home with views to top it off. Host(s) were great and worked with us to ensure the best stay possible. Door codes and a welcome letter were sent in plenty of time before. Highly recommend this place.

This property is unique and the pictures do not do it justice! I rented it for a bridal party and it was perfect. Enough room to spread out, but also big enough space to all come together. Each room offers something different. A must experience place!!!

Working Vacation

My crew and I were in the area to set up and shoot a large fireworks display for the Quad Cities, which is incredibly hard work. Staying in this unique, beautiful home made us all feel more like we were on vacation. Our hosts were extremely gracious and welcoming. The house itself is well appointed and unique. It’s design and construction is obviously a labor of love. We all agreed that we would like to return when we can spend more time enjoying the house and getting to know our hosts better. Overall, an exceptional stay!

Happy Family

We had three generations staying at this location and it could not have been more perfect. There was a level of house for each of us. Lots of space indoors and especially outdoors. The owners were great at handling some appliance mishaps and could not have been more accommodating. The pictures don't do this property justice- there's much more space and far more amenities than meets the eye!
